Those newly launched devices are 30V rated, which can be applied widely in systems using batteries such as VRM(Voltage Regulated Module) of Note Book PC, Load switch of Li-ion battery pack, DC-DC converter of Back Light controller and so on.

Those new products are well designed to minimize conduction loss and switching loss compared to competitors. Figure 1 shows the gate charge characteristic of SFS4410, and its characteristic is better than competitors.

In addition, especially avalanche characteristics of them is highly enhanced in order to improve reliability of a system.
